Huna Philosophy & Shamanism

"
by Serge Kahili King
Serge's newest book, filled with exercises and visualizations to help you manifest the things you want in life.
"Fundamentals of Hawaiian Mysticism"
by Charlotte Berney
An outstanding introductory book on Huna. An easy to read, easy to understand basic overview of Huna as a philosophy.
"Huna Self-Awareness: The Wisdom of the Ancient Hawaiians"
by Erika S. Nau
This was the first book I ever read on Huna, and I loved it. It's a great introduction and I love that it focuses on a strong connection to animals. It's out of print, but it's worth buying used. It's very basic, but an easy and enjoyable read.
"Instant Healing: Mastering the Way of the Hawaiian Shaman Using Words, Images, Touch, and Energy"
by Serge Kahili King
Great view on shamanism and ways to focus your mind towards healing. Good reviews on Amazon and worth every one.
"Urban Shaman"
by Serge Kahili King
Again, highly rated and well deserved of it's ratings on Amazon.
Toltec Wisdom: A Spiritual Philosophy
"The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz
This is an absolutely wonderful book. It's a little slice of Toltec wisdom. It could as easily been on my spiritual books page, but the concepts are so simple that it makes it so obvious how much better your life could be if you would implement them.
Nothing is as simple as it appears, however, and although they are principals every human being should embrace, it takes some work to do.
I can't say that I agree with every single word, but it's a book that is such a nice simple read that you can easily take what works for you and leave what doesn't. Required reading anyone truly interested in bettering themselves.
You can find the "Four Agreement Cards" here.
"The Four Agreements Companion Book" by Don Miguel Ruiz
A companion book to the above, I haven't read it yet, but will update this when I do.

(If you do decide to buy one of the books I've recommended, through Amazon, please consider buying through a link from this site so as to contribute to keeping this site up and running. Thanks.)
