Animal Communication and Alternative Healing
Learning Their Language: Intuitive Communication with Animals and Nature
by Marta Williams
Marta Williams is a long time animal communicator and teacher of animal communication. This book was the first book on the topic I read that I actually feel I benefitted from.
It's well-written, easy-to-read, and has great exercises that get you started right away. I liked it so much, I ended up taking a couple of Marta's workshops. Many of the techniques she uses in her workshops are also in this book. It is one of the best starts to animal communication I could recommend.
Animal Talk: Interspecies Telepathic Communication
by Penelope Smith
After reading Marta's book, I moved on to Penelope's. Penelope Smith is one of the leaders in the field of interspecies communication. Some of the stories are a little out there for even me, but it's an easy read with good exercises. There is a lot to learn from this book. I highly recommend it.
Dr. Pitcairn's New Complete Guide to Natural Health for Dogs and Cats
by Richard H. Pitcairn
I first became involved with natural animal health when my cat, Puma, was diagnosed with kidney disease. Learning about caring for her naturally enabled me to bring her back from crashes at least 4 times, before her quality of life finally deteriorated. It gave me another 6 precious months with her. Can't say anymore than that. If it's not good enough for you to eat, why would you feed it to your furry children?
