help needed please

sorry if this is in the wrong place but i am in a flap today, I am an empath and have been for as long as I remember :
Iwoke this morning with a huge sense of dread that I cannot shake, I feel like I need to protect my family and in particular my neice who lives with us as our eldest daughter, I don't like to translate my own readings when I feel like this as I seem to try to read to much into it, anyway before I ramble on too much please help if you can, I feel a panic attack comming on argh ....

please please help I know I'm having a tantrum but I cannot get rid of this feeling and I am usually rather good at control

Hi Danielle.

Unfortunately, it's rather hard to help with something like this when we don't know what positions the cards are in, or what deck you're using, but I'll just give you a few thoughts on a cursory look:

It looks like a lot of change going on with regard to the tower.
There is a predominance of pentacles indicating a strong bond (or anchor) to either finances or the earthly plane.
What is missing are swords which indicate to me that things are not being well thought out (by whom, I don't know)
If you read court cards as people, there seem to be two paternal figures and two younger people who might be 'focused' on something.
And, there you have an ace, 2 and 3 which, depending on the positions, indicate a beginning process going on.

Again, this is just looking at the cards as a whole. Without knowing the positions, it's practically impossible to read. However, if you are a new reader, and you are using an 11 card spread, it may just be too overwhelming for you. I would suggest using a 3 or four card spread, ie: situation, past, present, future, or body, mind, spirit, etc.
