I was doing a group meditation to contact spirit guides the other night and wasn't having much luck, but a big grizzly bear appeared as clear as a bell with light coloured eyes, he just walked through looked straight at me and kept going, this sounds funny but he looked really well manicured and he stood out so much as everything else was just quite misty and was just wandering what he as about

Bears are solitary beings, hibernating 6 months out of the year, so they teach us to be introspective; to go within and find answers inside ourselves.
Bears also represent healing and protection. They are fiercely protective of their cubs.
Bear is a symbol of helping you know which is the right path for you.
