Hi Wolfgurl.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time lately. Seems to be going around.   

Have you tried a meditation where you ask your spirit guide for help? (Some people call it a journey.)

I know I promised a recording long ago, and tried to record one, and my computer kept messing up so it got put on the back burner. I'm sorry. Since I've been so remiss, try this podcast:

So I did the podcast and I got a horse ...a paint. Im confused about the animal if its my actual animal. For bird it was a falcoln, cat a black leapard,bear panda,a artic wolf and an ox and a paint horse. Idk what they mean but thought you should know. My transport was a dragon.

I just listened to the podcast, too!   I grew wings to transport.  My animals were:  beautifully coloured parrot, wolf, ox, dolphin, leopard, brown horse with white star, and polar bear.  I had a hard time deciding between black bear and polar, but ended up with the polar bear.  Not sure why.  It was the bear I chose to ask for help today.  Need to increase my confidence on a few different planes.
