That is really fascinating. It would never happen here for so many reasons, but while I'm glad people think astrology is legitimate, it's so biopic, it's not even funny, since one's sun sign is only a tiny fraction of what makes us the people that we are.
Yes, we can make those generalizations and sometime they are fairly accurate, but to deny someone a job??? That's egregious. And if you were going to do it legitimately, you would need a professional astrologer, on staff, in human resources, to truly vet the person, from Sun sign, to moon and rising to aspects and oppositions and all of the myriad of things that I couldn't even fathom, not being an astrologer.
I would be interested in hearing what astrologers have to say about this, as well, but beyond that, the astrological question is not the question, it is the legality question. Of course, in looking for fair legal treatment of human beings, one does not look to China. ps. I reformatted your post so people would understand it wasn't you that wrote it.
