General Discussion (Off Topic or On) / CLOSING THE FORUM
« Last post by bigcaat on December 14, 2013, 08:49:59 AM »
Due to my time constraints and advancement of technology, I am leaving the forum up so people can read past quotes, but I can no longer keep it active. Registration is disabled. If you still want to register, you can find me on my website: pawstalk.net and request manual registration.

Currently, the best practice forum I've found is this one: http://talktoanimals.weebly.com -- I am looking into using this site for my own students, but it appears to be a useful practice site.

Thanks.

Thanks so much for talking to Bailey, Tami!

got a confident, Queen-like energy   (didn't I get that last time?)   Yes! She is and you did!
me - how U feel about Harlie, Sydney & Bunny?
S is okay, H & B get on her nerves  That makes sense.  Syd doesn't bug her too often.... H & B are younger and quite enjoy chasing her!  She really seems to have something against Harlie.... she tolerates all the other dogs, but hisses and swats at H.
me - you're beautiful!
B - "I am, aren't I?"  LOL!  Sounds just like her!
I saw her sleeping under a bed or something, then I saw her on top of a bed in a guest room  She sleeps around!  :0)  Sleeps on our bed at night.  Hangs inside my clothes closet sometimes, so that might be what you saw---her under my hanging clothes?  Just curious why you had the impression the bed was in a guest room?  She occasionally gets onto that bed, too!
me - what do you like to do?
saw her batting at something hanging  hmmmm.... can't think of what that might be, but you never know.... she could be playing with my clothes hanging in the closet for all I know!
told her it hurts when she bites your feet at night,  I heard "but it's fun!" told her to curl up next to    you instead & keep her teeth in her mouth Thank you for that!
I don't feel she has claws & I don't feel she goes outside much, maybe just little supervised strolls  Correct on both counts!  Great job!  She was declawed before I adopted her and she goes outside in the summer, but for short jaunts in our back yard only.
me - any msgs.?
saw a counter & an electric can opener  OK! We don't have an electric opener, but I get the point!  We gave her canned food for Christmas....  will have to give it to her more often!

Thanks again, Tami!

Tarot / Seeking Rare Tarot Deck And Have The Valuable / Scarce Greenwood Tarot!
« Last post by redhill on February 08, 2013, 05:47:56 PM »
Hello,

I hope this post finds you well.

Does anyone by chance know where I might find the rare Sybilla Fortune Telling Cards as published in 1827?

I know it might be a long shot but I will gladly pay a reasonable price and have already tried many of the dealers that specialize in this area with no success.

Any insight would be sincerely appreciated as it would mean a lot to me to find this deck.

Also, in the event you might be interested, I have the rare and valuable Greenwood Tarot set complete with cards and chart!

There are only a few complete sets online for around $1K and mine will likely sell for a lot less than that so it is an exceptional deal for the right Tarot collector.

In fact, it recently sold for $1,100...

On that note, the link is:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/GREENWOOD-TAROT-W-CARDS-CHART-1ST-Oracle-Psychic-Shaman-Pagan-Occult-Wiccan-/290855188694?pt=Antiquarian_Collectible&hash=item43b851f8d6

Either way, thanks for taking the time to read this and please email me if you have (or know where I might locate) the 1827 Sybilla deck.

As mentioned, I am prepared to purchase it for a reasonable price!

Thanks again for your time!

Cats / Bailey

Hi there,  Bailey would like to talk to people!

She is an orange and white, long-haired, spayed, 13 yr. old, living in Waterdown, Ontario.

Here are some questions for her:

Where does she sleep?

How does she feel about Harlie?  (and/or Sydney or Bunny)

Does she have front claws?

Does she go outside?

Could you please tell her that it hurts when she bites Mommy's feet in the middle of the night!  Could she please try to stop doing that?

Thank you,
Liz

Bunny has said that she would like to talk to people, so here she is!

Bunny is a 7 yr. old, spayed, Brindle Boxer, living in Waterdown, Ontario.

Here are some questions for her:

How does she feel about Sydney, Bailey, Arwen, and/or Harlie? (you can just pick one, if you'd like)

What are her favourite kind of toys?

How does she feel about vegetables?

Where does she sleep?

How does she feel about camping and where does she like to be when we are camping?

Thank you!

I haven't been on here in a while and I was just wondering if you ever changed his name to Prince and how he's doing.

Animal Communication & Pet Chat / Re: Communicating with your own companions
« Last post by Beautyistruth on January 13, 2013, 02:21:27 PM »
This is really cool. I can communicate with most animals, even with the ones I'm super close with, but for the life of me I can't HEAR my own dog, Ananda. We understand each other and we communicate in many ways, but with her it's a lot more like a knowing and I don't actually hear her voice or know what she sounds like. I think maybe it's something specific to her - a few people who have talked to her said the same thing. But in general I've found it harder with animals I'm close to because of the bias, but once you learn to trust yourself more it should be doable, "no different," as you said. And I liked Sydney's reply of "Exactly!" :)
